Parents needed for Youth summer program

We are putting together a summer full of service projects for the FUMC Youth! The outings will be at variety of places, on a variety of days and times, doing a variety of projects, so a variety of youth can participate! To do this I am looking for some parents that could help be the adult sponsors and drivers for our projects. Many of the dates will be during the week and a few possibly during the weekend. Some may be in the evening but more likely are to be during the day. If you are interested and available to become part of our S.O.S. (Summer Of Service) team, please let me know!

ADULT SPONSORS NEEDED!

A Permission Slip for Youth Activities must be on file for each child participating. Please download a form and return it to the office or youth coordinator.

FUMC Youth now has a group on Facebook.  If you want to be connected via Facebook regarding youth activities, events, photos, etc., please join the group called FUMC YOUTH GROUP.

Sunday Evening
5:30 - 5:45 Group supper $3.00
5:45-6:15 Team Meetings
6:15- 7 Mid-High and Senior High groups meet
7-7:30 Group games and fellowship

Confirmation - Fall and Spring
Twice each year, an in-depth study of what it means to be a Christian and the responsibilities of church membership is offered to students in the seventh grade and those older who have not attended.

Youth Mission Trips
Mid-High, Senior High, and College age trips
Weeklong work trips are planned each summer to an area of need. Fundraising activities are planned throughout the year to help with the cost of the trip. See Jack Marker for information.

Church Camp
Available to all Mid and Senior High youth.

Summer Activities
Special events are planned throughout the summer for all youth.
