Vocal
    Chancel Choir
    Traditional choir. Rehearses Wednesdays, 7:30pm
    Gospel Singers
    Mixed choir, Rehearses Third Monday at 8:00pm and fourth Monday at 7:00pm
    Vesper Voices
    Women's Choir. Rehearses First and Third Monday at 7:00pm
    Men of Praise
    Mens' Acapella Choir Rehearses Sunday's at Noon
    Youth Praise Band
    The youth praise band, “Accepted”, is always looking for more vocalists, guitar and bass players and anything else that might work into this fun group. Practice day and time are flexible depending on the needs of the group.     Power Praise Kids
    Kids in grades 2 through 5 gather on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month (September through May) from 6:30 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. in Room 115 to sing. They perform at worship service monthly and also for special services.

    Wee Singers
    Kids Pre-kindy thru 1st grade meet each Sunday (September through May) from 10:15 to 10:35.

Praise Band

    The Praise Band of the First United Church of Blue Springs has two purposes: To actively praise God through music and to encourage others to actively praise God by joining us in music. Our band consists of many different types of members; youth, adults, men, women, vocalists, instrumentalists. While there are many skilled musicians in our group, that is NOT a requirement. The only requirement is that you wish to praise God through music. We perform weekly at the 9:15 service, and we practice the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month. Instrumental
    Instrumental Ensemble
    Anyone who plays an instrument may participate. Seasonal presentations.

    Handbells (3 groups)
    Practice each Wednesday (Space is limited by the range of bells, but please stop by practice to see about availibility.)
    Glory Ringers practice at 5:30pm.
    Spirit Ringers practice at 6:30pm.
    Rhapsody Ringers practice at 7:30pm.

    Children’s Chime Choir
    For children in grades 2 through 5, this group meets in the sanctuary on the first and third Wednesday of each month (September through May) from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Space is limited to the number of instruments available. The choir performs for special occasions.
