Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is a complete system of training and organizing
lay persons for caring ministry in and around our congregation.
Prayer Meditation
This group gathers each Tuesday morning in the Library to
offer their prayers for our church, it's members, the community,
the nation and the world.
Hospitality Task Force
The Hospitality Task Force functions to make our church
feel friendly and inviting to all who enter. They provide:
greeters; welcome gifts to first-time visitors; hosts for
member orientations, Sunday morning coffee and donuts; the
information table and much, much more.
The Altar Guild
This group is responsible for the beautification and care
of the Altar and Sanctuary.

United Methodist Men (UMM)
This group focuses on fellowship and local mission projects.
Men's Lunch
All men of the church are invited to gather in the Room
112 on the third Tuesday of each month at Noon to enjoy
lunch and fellowship.
BRIDGES
Building Relationships In Doing God's Everyday Service is
a group of retired and semi-retired people who enjoy doing
church/community service projects. They have luncheon or
dinner meetings at local restaurants. Please contact the

for more information.
Dinner with Friends
Individuals and/or couples are welcome to join one of a
number of groups of 6-8 that meet monthly for dinner.
MOPS - Mother of Preschoolers
Join MOPS for encouragement and fun; instruction relating
to womanhood, marriage, children, and the home, from a Biblical
perspective.
Craft Night
This fun fellowship meets at the church each Wednesday at
7:00 p.m. Whether you enjoy quilting, scrapbooking, sewing,
knitting, stamp collecting or any craft, you are welcome
to join this light-hearted group.
Bible Study
Antithesis - Young Adults - Meets Monday
nights, 7:00pm - 8:30 at the church. Childcare is available.
ANTITHESIS
Thursday Morning Bible Study
Focus Topics change two to three times during the year.
Disciple Bible Study(Series starts at various
times during the year)
This is a long-term, intensive study that guarantees a more
thorough knowledge of the Bible and oneself by the end of
the course.
Christian Believer(Series starts at various
times during the year)
This long-term (30 week) study follows a format similar
to the Disciple Bible Study, with daily reading and a weekly
small group session; however, its focus is on the basic
doctrines of the Christian faith.
Companions in Christ(Series starts at various
times during the year)
This is a 28 week spiritual formation study. The focus is
on experiencing God and discovering spiritual practices
to help you share more fully in the life of Christ.
Various Studies
Theme-based studies usually lasting a month are offered
several times throughout the year, especially during Lent.
